Our Catholic identity is also expressed through student participation in extra-curricular activities and athletics. Saint Anthony Catholic School believes that such activities offer opportunities that shape Christian values such as leadership skills, good attitudes, discipline and sportsmanship. The variety of extra-curricular activities offered gives each student the opportunity to participate and become an active member of the school.
St. Anthony Student Council
Student Council members in grades 4-8 meet once each month to discuss the betterment of the school. Student Council also organizes several fundraisers at school. Money raised during the year is contributed to scholarship funds for those going on to attend Santa Fe High School to help with supplies. We also purchase school supplies for the teachers, die cuts, and other needed supplies.
Saint Anthony Prayer Club (Prayer Partner Club)
Saint Anthony P.P.C. is all about helping others, the school, and each other, through prayer. It is a small group of middle school students that meet during recess in order to learn different types of prayer forms and prayer experiences and incorporate them into school activities such as; The Living Rosary, Exaltation of the Cross, May Crowning, & many other prayer services. Our goal is to lead other students in prayer example.
